*If you contact us within 7 days of delivery, we would be happy to refund or exchange items that are in its original condition. But, please let us know before you send them so that we can look out for the returned item.
*We can not grant returns for free gifts/items, nor are we able to refund shipping for free items.
*In order to receive a refund, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of it being delivered to you. We can only issue you a refund after you have returned the item and it is back in our possession, never before then.
*Custom orders are non-refundable, unless they arrived to you damaged or defective. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please package returned items carefully. If the item is not in the same condition as when we sent it out, the buyer will only receive a partial refund. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, and include all parts . We do except cancellations, but only if we’re contacted within 1 hour of your purchase.
